Tobago

Tobago is Trinidad's smaller sister island, reached by a short domestic flight or the inter-island ferry. The pace is slower here, with sandy beaches in the southwest and forested hills rising toward the northeast.

Tobago's capital and ferry port on the south coast, a practical base for longer stays and for getting around the island.

Speyside
At the quieter northeastern end, a base for divers and boat trips around the nearby islets.
